Application | COR Expiry Extension

In extenuating circumstances employers may apply to have the expiry date of a COR or SECOR extended up to 90 days from their certificate expiry date. Employers may apply by completing this application form.

Application and extension limitations

The employer may apply 1 month before their original certificate expires but no later than 10 days after the certificate expiry date. COR Expiry dates cannot be extended past December 31.
