The Wildlife Awareness Online (includes Bear Awareness) course provides novice, intermediate and supervisory level workers with the basic knowledge to work safely in remote areas and wilderness habitats while promoting the safe co-existence with wildlife.Equipment Requirements for Online Class
- A currently supported version of your operating System for Windows or Apple
- Stable internet connection with a supported web browser
- Speakers / Microphone (headset recommended)
- Printer to print the certificate after successfully completing the course
Upon Completion
Upon successful completion of this course, a certificate of completion that does not expire will be available to print.

- The course can be accessed at anytime through your online account, for 90 days from initial registration. Our Energy Safety Canada offices are available to support during regular business hours
- For the online course, participants are given five attempts; if a second attempt is required, it is strongly recommended to review all the course material before trying again
