APPLICANT INFORMATION

Provide current reference information for two to three past or present clients. Name, email, phone number and approved company contact

Describe your experience in producing online and desktop publishing illustrations, 3D animations, and interactive web-based simulation (gamification)

Describe your approach and the methodologies/techniques to be used for products

Describe your organizational capacity to produce these products, including staff resources, equipment, software, physical space, office location, etc. Please note that any substitutions of personnel during the project from what is indicated in your quote will be subject to approval by Energy Safety Canada.

Define your approach for optimizing features of D2L Brightspace, Storyline 360 or other media/hardware/software used for developing these products

Explain your formative testing and support process for the products, specifically the Product 4 (Isometric Interactive Simulation)

Discuss any major planned upcoming organizational changes that might impact the project

Identify other projects the vendor is currently working on for ESC and any potential impacts

Provide links to similar portfolio products as described in this RFQ

Include a high-level project plan and schedule to meet the planned completion. The plan will need to account for the products to be issued separately once fully developed, tested and ready for launch and should outline the sequencing of products given the vendor’s identified resources

Provide a proposed fee to accomplish the project. The fee must detail the costs, including hours to produce the deliverables for each phase and support project management activities. Fee structure should include both cost per product individually and cost for entire project if vendor is awarded all products and include an hourly bill rate for project work. Validate in-scope change parameters (on-screen text, voiceover, etc.) by version (Storyboard, Alpha, Beta)
