Gas Production Operator


This course provides field or gas plant operators, engineers, technologists, or workers who want to enhance their gas plant operations skills learn how to safely operate gas processing equipment and learn about gas field handling and processing, including the duties and responsibilities of a gas field operator.

Upon Completion

Upon successful completion of this course a Certificate of Completion is awarded. This certificate does not expire.

    • Hands-on-training takes place at the gas production training facility at Energy Safety Canada’s office in Nisku, Alberta, a fully operational gas plant. This course provides a 50% classroom theory portion and 50% hands on training portion.
    • Students who miss any course content cannot be certified and registration fees will not be reimbursed, as per the Cancellation Policy
